The LIFESTYLE Longitudinal Arch Pad supports the medial arch, helping to control excessive pronation or foot-flattening. Designed to prevent foot, leg and lower back fatigue, as well as alleviate symptoms of plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, shin splints, heel pain, interdigital neuroma, medial ankle pain and generalized foot and leg discomfort associated with standing. Instructions: Select the appropriate size longitudinal arch pad by having the patient stand on the pad. Check to see if deformity is corrected, then trim as needed. Apply to undersurface of Lifestyle Full-Length Insole. Note: Arch in shoe may need to be removed.
