The PSB Patella Brace applies local pressure to the knee ligament just under the kneecap and eases the pain. The sport brace is simply fitted around the circumference of the lower leg. Its design and limited elasticity ensure a perfect fit. Silicon strips ensure that the PSB Patella Brace stays put.

Advice on measuring for size The PSB Patella Brace is available in one size.

The following points are important when fitting a PSB Patella Brace:
• The leg should be slightly bent when fitting the PSB Patella Brace
• The pad must be positioned just under the kneecap, on the knee ligament, so that the patella fits into the appropriate hole in the brace
• The PSB Patella Brace can now be fitted with a simple movement.

This is easiest if you hold the pad with one hand while taking the tape around the leg and fastening it with the other.
