Caring for your Self-Adhesive Electrodes 1. Clean skin where electrode is to be placed as creams, gel and lotion will damage your electrode 2. When applying electrode to the skin try not to touch the electrode on the adhesive gel as this may also reduce the life of your electrodes 3. When removing electrode from the skin pull on the tab and place directly back onto the clear plastic film provided 4. To make the electrode more sticky place a small amount of water onto the adhesive gel and gently rub over the electrode, then leave to dry for 5 minutes before re-using. The electrode is designed for a maximum of 5-6 applications
